What most excites you about your work?

First, interacting with families and getting to know them on a personal level, more than just a financial statement. Second is taking aspects of their life that can be complex or confusing and simplifying it so they can focus on the things that are important to them.

Why did you choose TFO Family Office Partners?

I wanted to work at a place where culture and doing the right thing came first. I started my career at an accounting firm that was focused predominantly on tax services, and while I learned a lot, I never truly felt a part of something bigger. I also felt I could be helping those clients in more ways. TFO Family Office Partners gave me the opportunity to connect with and help clients in many aspects of their life while having a workplace that is full of quality people driven to do the right thing.

What are some of your life's biggest influences?

Family – Family has shaped me my whole life. The idea of being a part of something bigger than yourself and putting others first has taught me a lot about life and relationships. Getting married and having a family of my own only enhanced those values. I bring those values to work with me every day in how I interact with my colleagues and clients, and there is some humor sprinkled in there too!
