• What most excites you about your work? 

• I truly appreciate the team spirit of what I do. When I was younger, I played team sports; this is the adult equivalent of a team sport that won’t throw my back out! I enjoy getting to know all the players, including our clients, and understanding how I can support everyone, so we all win.

• What personal accomplishments are you most proud of? 

• Once upon a time, I called myself a runner. Although my motto was “not fast, just far,” running a sub-5-hour marathon in Atlantic City, New Jersey, along the boardwalk, was an incredible experience!

• What do you like to do outside of work? What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend? 

• I am a huge supporter of theater, all theater. I love Broadway; however, Phoenix has some amazing local talent treading the boards.

• What are some of your biggest influences? 

• My family. We laugh a lot together, which is key. However, the unconditional support and love of my parents and older brother are the cornerstones of my ability to walk tall through life’s journey.

• What are the most important lessons you’ve learned in life? 

• “Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people will not feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone, and as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” ~ Marianne Williamson
