  • Why did you join TFO Phoenix?

I have had the pleasure of working with various team members over the years on mutual clients and have seen first-hand their care and commitment to their clients. I had always admired the values shared amongst the team members and their overall willingness to help. When given the opportunity, I was thrilled to become part of the team because it fit with my own culture and standards of how a client should be serviced.

  • What do you enjoy most about your role at TFO Phoenix?

I enjoy the collaborative aspect of our team. There is no differentiation between our formal titles as every single person is willing to be a sounding board to each other and assist in any way that they can. It is truly remarkable to witness this type of teamwork.

  • What do you like to do outside of work? What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend?

My husband and I have very busy schedules and when given the opportunity we enjoy spending time with each other, family, and friends. Our weekend activities are walking around Fountain Hills, hiking, and dinners out. I also enjoy to read, write short stories, and learn new things. I have recently learned how to crotchet and I am currently learning Lebanese, my husband’s first language.

  • What are some of your biggest influences?

My biggest influence is my mother. She has endured many difficult life changes and her braveness, hard work, and perseverance have shaped me into the woman I am today. She always taught me to take chances and never settle for anything less than what I want out of life. Watching her growing up and taking the lessons she’s taught me, have been both an inspiration and motivation for me each and every single day.

  • What are the most important lessons you’ve learned in life?

Life is short, if you don’t like something, change it. The most worthwhile things in life are opportunities disguised as hard work, so learn to recognize them.
