- What path led you to wealth management?
I’ve always been analytical (my wife will say sometimes too much so) and I try to carefully consider all options and trade-offs before making a decision. That’s why I love creating financial plans and other forms of financial analysis. I also love working with people to understand what is important to them individually, because everyone is different. Wealth management is a perfect mix of those two components: I’m able to work closely with families and strive to help them figure out what their goals are while also using my analytical skills with the intent of guiding them toward achieving those goals.
- Why did you join TFO Phoenix?
We work together as a team and everyone strives to make each other better on a daily basis. It’s a fun environment where I am challenged each day and have developed strong friendships with many of my colleagues.
- What do you enjoy most about your work?
The fact that we are focused on one objective: Helping our clients. It’s gratifying and motivating to know that I am supporting our clients on a daily basis.

- What do you like to do outside of work? What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend?
I enjoy spending time with my wife, our family and friends. I’m a sports fanatic and a lot of my time is spent reading about or watching a variety of sports. My family is dispersed around the country and I enjoy spending time with them and experiencing their locales.
- What are some of your biggest influences?
My parents have shaped who I am today and they have instilled values in me that I will pass along to my future children. Having a strong family foundation is extremely important and I’m grateful that I have such caring, loving parents.
- What are the most important lessons you’ve learned in life?
Life happens much more quickly than we think. Each day is important and shouldn’t be taken for granted. It’s vital to spend your time on things you are passionate about in life while also being thankful for all of the opportunities you’ve been given, no matter how insignificant they may seem.
