  • What path led you to wealth management?

I’ve had a very non-traditional career history, but wealth management has always fascinated me. Once I had a taste of the industry, I knew I had been hooked!

  • Why did you join TFO Phoenix?

I had never experienced a financial management firm that recognizes and promotes areas of wealth beyond just the monetary. The idea that human capital, social capital, and cultural capital are equally as important as financial capital was very impressive to me. I like the idea of a purpose-driven financial management plan.

  • What most excites you about your work?

My colleagues! What an interesting and intelligent group of people.

  • What has been your most rewarding career experience?

I like feeling that I’ve left a positive mark on the places I have worked – that my efforts make a change for the better, however small.

  • What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?

The most challenging life experiences are often the ones that shape us into better people. Overcoming adversity, and thriving, are something I’m proud of.

  • Why should families connect wealth and purpose?

What is the point of wealth if there’s no reason for it? Having a financial plan at any level of wealth is essential so that your money is working towards your goals.

Bachelor of Arts at the University of New Mexico, summa cum laude

  • What do you like to do outside of work? What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend?

I am truly grateful for a circle of wonderful friends, and I love to spend time with them!

  • What are some of your biggest influences?

My father has been my greatest influence. He lived his life with real intent and never stopped learning. His life-long pursuit of knowledge is an inspiration.
